NORA’s vision is to be the partner of choice for returning offenders transitioning back into society. Our Employer Partner Program members help make this happen. Since 2009, more than 1,300 returning offenders have used the NORA'S reentry process and with more than 20 employers offering work opportunities, this  is what help make this transition permanent.  Returning Members are assessed and receive extensive on the job training to prepare for a career in an apprenticeship program of their choice.
